Washing machine connected to a socket at low level, and the fused spur at high level which turns the socket on and off keeps turning off and on. I think the connections might be loose or it needs to get replaced. Will need a qualified electrician please.

We have an indesit iwdc6125 which has stopped working. The light next to the lock button has turned red. We think the issue is that the lock has burnt out and we need a new door lock. Or the control board will need to be replaced.
Norman was incredibly professional and helpful on this task. He not only fixed the problem we were having with our washing machine, but also noticed another issue with the door seal which he fixed for free. I’d really recommend his services and would definitely get back in touch if we required his services again.
