It’s late and you’re hungry – problem is, there’s no food in the house and everywhere’s seemingly closed. London can be a terrible city for late night/early morning activities, but luckily for you – you’ve got this handy little article detailing the best places for late night food delivery in East London and beyond.

Carolina Pizza, Hackney

This East London institution is famous for its wallet friendly, cheese-drenched 15″ pizzas and close proximity to East London’s former reigning party palace, The Dolphin (boo-hiss-boo, Hackney Council). Better yet, these guys stay open way into the morning and they deliver too. Get stuck into huge pizzas, fried chicken and all the chips you can handle until a heady 4am every weekend at Carolina.

Address: 173 Mare St, London, E8 3RH.
Opening times: 12pm – 1:15am Sunday-Thursday, 12pm – 4am Friday-Saturday.

Polo Bar, Bishopsgate

When it comes to 24-hour restaurants and bars in London, we’re a little thin on the ground. Doing their part for late night revellers and dinner time non-conformists however, is Polo Bar. Not content with an early morning closing time, Polo Bar stay open 24 hours a day and seven days a week – meaning you can get your food on at any time of the day. Check out their ‘dusk till dawn’ menu for a sneak peek of the treats available.

Traditional Pure, The City

Whether it’s a kebab or a falafel, Traditional Pure have been keeping hungry late night Londoners happy with delicious eats for years. Open around the clock, this place serves up some serious stodge, with a few healthy options too. Kun-Ming, Brick Lane

Sometimes in life the only thing that’ll do is a giant serving of delicious, spice-soaked Chinese food. And helpfully for us, Kun-Ming’s got plenty to go around. Think tasty Far Eastern cuisine and plenty of flavour at this Brick Lane late night spot. Open until 2am and with a delivery option too, tuck into noodles, oriental soups, dumplings and more with Kun-Ming located on Brick Lane.

Address: 94 Brick LaneLondonE1 6RL
Opening times: 11am – 2am (excluding Wednesdays, which is 4pm – 2am).

The Beigel Bake, Brick Lane

A 24 hour institution and London rite of passage, the Brick Lane Beigel Bake has been serving up mouthwatering bagels to the hungry people of East London since 1974, and it’s showing no sign of stopping anytime soon. Sure, they don’t deliver, but don’t let that stop you – post a food delivery Task on Airtasker instead and request a Tasker bring you these quintessential London eats straight to your door.
