Find a professional local carpenter in Chiswick

I have a handrail from ground to first floor that is about 3cm short. I have a spare handrail you can cut 3cm from. 1) Are you able to join the 3cm piece to handrail and attach the handrail to the top post and make it look like its all one piece? It will require some joinery skill with experience. 2) Part of the stairs has a base rail which has a 1cm gap to the floor, one edge is square (post end) but one end is convex. Cut a hole in an interior closet door (solid) so we can put cat litter box inside closet on floor: no need to install "cat flap" hardware but we would like an attratively shaped hole, centered at the bottom of door.
