We have a small eaves area of approximately 20msq with old insulation which we want to replace with 75mm-100mm insulation board. We will remove/dispose of the old insulation ourselves. The job is to remove the current layer of chipboard, cut/install insulation boards in the agreed area and install new chipboard (or similar material) on top. No Loft Legs or equivalent are required: the insulation boards should fit underneath the current surface, which will lay directly on the joists. You'll need to have experience of doing this type of job before so as to ensure that ventilation/condensation considerations are factored in, and it will need to be done accurately.

I have purchased antique drawers and doors in order to put them together in a frame as a wardrobe and then painted. So, I've created a mock up for my approach. I have 4 sets of identical antique drawers.The top 2 drawers will need to be removed as will the base. With the doors on top it finishes just under the ceiling. All simple stuff. I have wood for the frame already (2x2 and 4x2 baked) and for anything else ply. The end result needs to be primed with zinsser and then painted. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 4 October 2022
