Decking has been jet washed and needs to be stained (I have the decking stain - water based). Will need a quick sanding first to remove rough splinters from jet washing. I have a platform which is the continuation of what has been circled in the photo. I need someone to help to openit up, and create some new storage area under the bed. I suspect the platform was built to cover the pipes that connect to the bathroom. However, I have no idea how big those pipes are, and we won't know until we open up the cover (should be easy with a chisel). I want to make use of the empty space by creating one or two big drawers (depending on how much empty space). I have an old sofa bed (basic design) which needs to be repaired. The 4 legs are becoming loose from the frame, which causes it to drop occasionally. Note. Due to the small flat, we cannot purchase a big sofa, so we opted for this basic sofa for £350 in the sale from Made.com.
