My internet is not working in the premises although wifi does. The issue seems to be inside.

Hi We recently changed our office WIFI, and we need someone to remove the old wifi hub and all the connections that the old wifi had and put the new BT one, (we already connected the hub but not the cables that go through the wall and the disks for complete wifi), including the wifi extender disks provided by BT and we didn’t connect/swap the CCTV and Alarm internet. I have a virgin media broadband, speed is 200. I got a Deco repeaters, however when I test the Internet speed from my virgin media main router, it is 200, when I test the deco router, it is around 60. - Due date: Flexible

Have Virgin Media broadband installed in an apartment. Several different devices connected to the WiFi intermittently have the problem of "connected without internet". Tried rebooting and resetting the router several times but it only provides a temporary fix.
