I want to get an Excel spreadsheet (maybe two separate spreadsheets) built that covers two primary functions: 1. Assessing attractiveness (ie. potential return) from Investment properties being considered for purchase 2. Tracking return from owned investment properties

Gavin was excellent on all aspects. Was understanding when the task had to be delayed and then completed it quickly and efficiently once the details were confirmed. Would definitely use again.
