The rear of my parents property has access to an emergency exit path but this is currently blocked in by a small piece (half a fence length) of wooden fence that had been installed. Request for this to be removed and a high wooden door installed with the ability to bolt the door shut from inside. The old wooden materials should be taken away. Whilst here it would be great to get a quote to replace 6 wooden garden panels and install concrete posts at a later stage as a separate job.
