Kitchen sink is blocked . Used many solution but it’s blocked

Kitchen sink trap is leaking. Needs repairing. The dishwasher is also connected to this.

My kitchen sink (brand Franke) dropped off the frame after 10 years of usage. Its a single bowl type, under mounted. Turns out the hinges were never fitted and it had only been glued on. Franke admitted thats not how it should have been done and sent parts but Im finding it impossible to fit them.

I have a new kitchen tap that I’ll like to replace. It’s a different model from what I currently have and may need some alteration to the current setup

The waste pipework from the kitchen sink is old and a mixture of Ikea and 40mm pipe and joints. The 40mm has come away from the Ikea waste and i cant tighten it up. The section from the Ikea waste to the external drain just needs replacing. I have circled where the joint has come undone in the photo attached.

Essentially the base of the current sink is leaking and we need to replace the sink with a new one. I'm gonna get the sink I just need someone to put it on with a reasonable price It may need the worktop to be cut out and adjusted to fit new sink Measurements of current sink round: 900mm About 50mm width New sink: 900mm length 470mm width

Studio flat kitchen sink is blocked. Drain coil (plumber snake) and drain blocker and Cillit Bang Drain Unblocker were used. The sink is filling up quickly when the tap is on.

The pipe under the sink in the kitchen is leaking but not sure where. Need someone to help find the leak and fix it.

To install 1 x kitchen sink, 15 litre hot water heater, saniflo macerator pump. Run waste pipe from unit to back of building. Run cold feed from back of building to unit.

There is a slow leak coming from the isolation valve under the sink. Ideally would be fixed as soon as possible.
