Friendly, came on time, good communication, and did an amazing job overall. He changed our taps, put up bathroom lights up, changed the bath panel, toilet seats and closed up unsightly gaps and he even went out twice to pick up stuff after discovering an issue and when we realised a toilet seat hadn't arrived. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sealant looks smudged on the shower tiles and uneven and that's something we have had happen on more than one occasion with other taskers so it has become a repeated frustration. I bought sealant finishing tools this time but perhaps he didnt see it and I only notices when I stepped into the shower. We will need to take it upon ourselves to neaten it up once it dries. Overall we are very satisfied and would hire Hakan again.

1. Replace our cracked bath panel with something more sturdy. 2. Our slow closing toilet is coming off the hinges in the upstairs bathroom. We are not sure if we need to buy a new one or if it can just be fixed. See picture attached. 3. Change the sink taps 4. Sealant put around the walk in shower. 5. Acrylic shelves put in each bathroom. They stick on with a supplied glue. Picture attached. 6. Replace 3 cracked floor tiles. 7. New toilet seat downstairs
