Hello, We're looking for a multi-skilled handyperson to carry out a variety of jobs around the house. Which I expect would take a couple of days to complete. 1. We have a solid wood fitted pocket door which has started lightly rubbing on its frame on one side. I think it needs the inside of the frame sanding/shaving. The door cannot be removed. Once frame has adjusted the pocket door will need the paint touching up. Paint provided. 2. The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. I believe the thermostat on the shower mixer is already set at the maximum - but it is still not hot enough. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. 3. We have a bespoke pull-out cupboard that runs on some heavy-duty drawer slides, but the cupboard no longer comes out as far as it used to which is restricting access to some of the storage. Not sure what the solution is here. Not sure if the drawer slides need adjusting or replacing to more heavy-duty ones. The cupboard is heavy and made of painted MDF. 4. Clear sealant needs replacing around the kitchen worktop. Removal of the old sealant. Sealant provided. 5. Some wall plaster, which is about 3 years old, has not stuck to the wall as well as it should and caused a crack in the paintwork (blown plaster?). Plaster needs repairing. Paint is provided. 6. Some stained varnish has flaked off on our wooden stairs. It needs repairing. Stain and varnish are provided. ---------------------------------------------- Only materials that are specified are supplied. All other tools and required materials will need to be supplied. Please feel free to ask any questions before responding.
