Find professional tv installation & setup technicians in Essex

The TV is already up on the wall. I just need it connected to the aerial and to install smart TV via a dongle or other means. To be honest, I don't really understand how TV's work as I don't have one. This TV is for an airbnb property so I need it to have access to everything people would expect. Would people sign in to their own Netflix / Amazon prime accounts, or should I have this set up? You may need a cable to connect to the aerial. I'm not sure there are any in the property. And if you could write out simple instructions I can share with the guests with how to use the TV that would be great.

We have a contract with virgin media but we cannot use our television, the wireless router is based in an upstairs bedroom of our rented property, the TV works once connected to the router but I don't want to watch TV on a 44in screen in a box room!
