have a broken leg, so i need someone to do a couple of simple things this weekend. I am currently in NW8, need someone to take the keys for a flat in N1 1EL - sweep the floor in the living room - that is all - and bring me the correspondence/ post letters from this flat back to NW8. There is a grocery store near by, so i would like a couple of things brought to the apartment such as lychees and watermelon (slice). Both addresses are outside the congestion charges zone

I need some help organising my entire home plus storing my clothes. I have to many stuff accumulated overtime and some need to go to the charity shop as I don't wear/need them! I prefer the Marie Kondo method generally and a keep/ store/ sell and donate approach is needed so you need to be able to do that please. Then some photographing and putting back away in an ordered way. If you have experience of decluttering and organising and tidying, that would be preferred. A female would be preferred. I am available Thursdays to Sundays and can fit in remote/videocalls during evenings (Mondays to Wednesday). The decluttering process overwhelms me so I envisage should take a couple of hours over a number of days. I would be looking for suggestions of workable solutions. Tidy up to be Presentable in appearance for the Landlord Visit (told on short notice ). Considering the moving date in Julyꓹ timing is Not idealꓹ if not 💯 awkward. It’s not very far-off in future for declutterꓼ organise by finding a place for everything on display. But it’s not quite in near future to start packing things away. So I assume it probably be best to declutter/organise/tidy up as needed: to pack away things that are not in use. And have just the essentials to be left out neatly. My Goal is simply looking tidy by all appearances. As I plan to have a cleaner come in afterwardsꓹ which if you or know someone reliable who couldꓼ consider it more efficient, please let me know. Thank you for looking. We are a busy professional couple (1 kitten, no children) with plenty of chores, maintenance and housekeeping tasks around our home & home office. We are recruiting a regular weekly cleaning and housekeeping/ organization person. Tasks including: - Regular housekeeping such as: cleaning, bins, bathrooms, floors, kitty litter, laundry, pavement sweeping, window cleaning (inside and ground floor only of course we will not ask you to climb outside the building!) etc. - Organization & tidying up of craft room supplies, wardrobes, stationary, files, pens, tools...etc all organized neatly and still user-friendly. If the first time works well (£36/2hrs) we like regular weekly visits to maintain (£72/4hrs weekly, on 2 days each week) Timing: - Always for 2hrs between 12 - 3 pm (any 2hrs in that window) - 2 regular sessions/week, and ad hoc (via text) when we have additional guests. These ad hoc add on would be regular tasks and bed sheet changes, guest room cleaning added. Equipment: - We have everything on site. We have a vacuum, mop, and all the cleaning supplies. You do not need to bring anything. - We do prefer if you wear a mask. You Must have: - ID verification completed on Airtasker /Chekatrade, or valid ID to bring to the property. We have a business on the premise and we promised all our customers that all our staff, temp or not, are ID verified. - You need to speak good conversational English and know how to clean, housekeep, organize and map items, group them together, so they can look good and can still be easy to use. - We have had issues in the past with cleaners just stuff things away randomly, that is not what we need here.
