I have a small wood ceiling area that needs to be refinished. I Dont need it to be smooth just want it cleaned and finished. lightly sanded or just scrubbed clean, and wood cleaner product applied to all wood surfaces as well as wood preserver by scrubbing brush and finally a wax/oil applied to finish the ceiling. I have all the products, also can provide a ladder and some of the tools like brushes for drill to automate brushing. I will also provide covers to protect shelf and desk below from dust, this must be covered before work. I have a vacuum for cleanup, must clean afterwards for task completion. I have a small room i wanna use as home office. The walls are poorly plaster and the plaster needs fixing to bring to smooth finish and repaint with white paint. Ceiling also needs refinish to bring to smooth and repaint. A small Window needs sanding and repaint. The timber flooring needs to be sanded a bit to remove dried plaster. Skirting needs to be fixed or sanded and repainted, recaulked. The door and door frame needs to be sanded and repainted. I need someone to repair a section of grouting which has been applied badly - approx one feet squared. a little scraping out then refilling. Must be able to show previous work - needs to look spot on. Next a couple coats onto sections of a slatted and lathe fence (see photo). it's not a huge amount - maybe 8 - 10 meters max? i have paint - be great if you have brushes / rollers. need a tip top job tho please.
