Leaky kitchen sink tap , constant leak

Install a toilet faucet, change a kitchen tap and change a shower head

We would like our existing kitchen sink replaced with a bigger one that we have already purchased. The worktop will need cutting out bigger for it to fit. Waste pipes underneath will most likely need adjusting too.

The wastepipe outside is leaking and gush of water pours down whenever u flush the toilet otherwise no leakage is shown . Price can be agreed

Need to put in a hot outside tap. there is currently a cold water tap in place.

The siliac on seal in the shower has worn off I tried to use a sealant tape to fix it but it has not worked. There is slight water damage to the ceiling downstairs so I want it repaired pofessionally. Also the sink in the kitchen needs to be sealed as the silicone seal has come out.

I put coolant in my car water tank couple of days ago but it got empty. I think water tank or pipes connected to it are leaking

Plumber required to Remove toilet there will be tilers who tile and put it back

Looking for a qualified plumber to remove existing fittings and install the 1st and 2nd fix and then come back to install the fittings after we do the tiling. This includes a wall hang toilet (currently a standard one), shower tray and shower fittings, shower bifold door (none at present), a small basin and a radiator (all to be placed in the same locations). This is for a very small underneath the stairs shower room. We are looking to do the tiling ourselves to make savings.

Upstairs toilet keeps letting water into the pan so the water keeps filling p to level every so often.

See photos. As the drain is raised I cannot hose down the yard as the water just sits on top of the slabs. With 3 dogs the yard is getting smelly! I want to create a channel where the water can then run into the drain as I hose down. I think he brown lining is plastic. The pipes running in are the dishwasher and the kitchen sink.
