Change the pipe shown in the picture from plastic to copper (just like the copper pipe next to it). We had a leakage accident with plastic pipe last year and dont want another accident. So would like to change it to copper please.

Hi, I am trying to replace the fill valve in my toilet cistern, and I have already purchased the replacement part. I am unable to remove the old one because I cannot easily reach the bolt underneath the toilet to unscrew it. It's too tightly screwed for me to manually unscrew it. I need someone with the appropriate tools to unscrew a bolt in a small space. For info, I do not have any parking available but there is local street parking in the area or perhaps someone local could come on foot. Edit - added a couple of photos. Red X on photo marks where the water pipe leads into the fill valve above. Other photo shows it underneath.

Under kitchen sink. Ref (hot water) valve outlet is leaking. Handyman couldn't fix it, didn't have the right tool or tried and it didn't work. (Added a spatula and bowl to isolate the water, it's a drop a second or every 2 seconds)

Our bath/shower tap snapped off. It's super old and was about time to replace it. This needs removing and new, shiny one installing. Currently difficult to reach the back of the tap due to white sink unit blocking. Had permission from landlord to remove. Is this workable? possible?
