Our bath/shower tap snapped off. It's super old and was about time to replace it. This needs removing and new, shiny one installing. Currently difficult to reach the back of the tap due to white sink unit blocking. Had permission from landlord to remove. Is this workable? possible?

The part of flooring in the hallway was damped due to the leaking. And there are mould on wall. We have sent a contractor to have an initial inspection and opened the bath tub to check.They suspected the leaking is from the main drainage pipe. However, the block managementsent their contractor to inspect and confirm that the leaking is inside the apartment. Now, we may need to rip the wall out in the washingmachine cupboard where is near the bathtub, to see if it's one of the pipes behind there that is leaking. So there are 3 jobs to do 1. Find out the leaking and get it fixed 2. Repaint & Reinstate the wall that opened for inspection/repair andwall with mould 3. Replace the some affected floor pieces in the hallway with similar colour & type
