Upper flat downpipe is become blocked at junction box - looks like we need to re-route and connect in again lower down with a new entry point in large gauge downpipes

Downpipe has been fitted but needs replacing and some of the plumbing needs to be fixed into the downpipe

The top of my down pipe has cracked by someone force twisting so I need a new one

1 x The old cast iron downpipe has been clogged with broken roofing materials and sand. This pipe runs from the upstairs floor level to the ground. A wire can go down only 40cm in length. Can you unclog it or does it need replacing? I am adding a further description: on the ground, the pipe is buried under the crazy paving and disappears. I don't know how this runs from here. You can not take out of the sludge. Therefore, I would like to request to replace this rusty old thin pipe with a new uPVC pipe within the same budget. The current pipe is approx—2.7 m in length and 6.85cm in diameter and no bend runs straight from under the gutter. Please note that uPVC pipe is preferred in black for aesthetic reasons. You will need a reducer on the pavement. Can you clear the old pipe way? Let me know if you can accept my requests. I am available from next week.

General maintenance and replacement of the gutters and down pipe etc including painting and associated pats to make it look good

The outside downpipe needs replacing. The waterbutt needs plumbing in and the front gutter is leaking.

We have a single downpipe where the gutter is pouring over the top from the first floor and splashing down the side of the house - the drain at the bottom is a concealed subterranean type so not sure if its the gutter seal at the top, the down pipe or the drain. Internal bedroom wall suffering from damp/mould, which we suspect is due to leaky drop gutter to exterior (see images).
