Hi, our water tank and cylinder are in a small storage space above our bathroom. You will require a large ladder to access it (i recommend a telescopic one). do not apply unless you have a very tall ladder or telescopic one. The space is also likely to be dusty, and may have lead dust/fragments in it, so we recommend a mask. We need help with 2-3 tasks in the space. The third task is optional, and may be better suited to another tasker First, the space is full of insulation that isn't doing much and needs to be removed. Due to dust allergies (and the possible presence of lead dust in the insulation) we would request that the insulation is put into bags before it's taken out of the space. Once the insulation has been reomved from the flat, we then want someone to hoover the space. A proper shop vac is needed to ensure all dust (and possible lead dust) is safely removed. We will want to vet the hoover to ensure before the job starts to ensure it will properly hoover up the dust without particalising the dust. Finally, we want someone to paint a horizontal pillar at the top of the space. This the pillar we're worried about having lead paint on. it is flaking and needs a few layers of paint (which we'll supply) to seal in anything damaging. In doing all this you'll need to be careful to not damage any of the pipes/tanks in the space. Happy to provide pictures if useful

Hard wire dad am front and rear

There is a rotting fascia board on the roof that need to be fixed. We would like someone to look inside the roof as there also seems to be pigeon activity around the area, which may have caused damage inside.

Fix roof on top of shed. I have removed as much mould internally as possible. Re- plaster and paint internal.

Need to clean the roof light and glass door

Clean gutter at the front and back of the house - currently overgrown with weeds. Paint beam underneath the gutter (front and back) in black paint (standard). The gutter is approx. 5m in length on each side. Paint front door and door frame, in forrest green colour.

Clean all Concrete and UPVC guttering front, side and rear Repair where necessary and waterproof all gutterings Paint the concrete gutterings. The front upvc downpipe has come off from concrete gutters, and side uPVC gutters may need replacing joint. White paint on concrete gutters is required

Need to fix / fasten gutter joint that is leaking

1 x The old cast iron downpipe has been clogged with broken roofing materials and sand. This pipe runs from the upstairs floor level to the ground. A wire can go down only 40cm in length. Can you unclog it or does it need replacing? I am adding a further description: on the ground, the pipe is buried under the crazy paving and disappears. I don't know how this runs from here. You can not take out of the sludge. Therefore, I would like to request to replace this rusty old thin pipe with a new uPVC pipe within the same budget. The current pipe is approx—2.7 m in length and 6.85cm in diameter and no bend runs straight from under the gutter. Please note that uPVC pipe is preferred in black for aesthetic reasons. You will need a reducer on the pavement. Can you clear the old pipe way? Let me know if you can accept my requests. I am available from next week.

The gutter connection has come apart at the top, near the roof. It should just need a screw or glue to fix it but you will need a ladder.

Guttering is too short, has no end and connection to downpipe might need to be re-arranged. I have some parts: end piece, corner piece and clip.

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must.
