We are looking for an admin assistant who can help us each week with various tasks: booking customer returns and collections using UPS / TNT, arranging service visits, data entry and so on. From day to day, this would be variable but ideally, an hour a day would be a good start.

My job included managing customer, client orders, doing invoices, ordering food supplements, doing ad-hoc list of deliveries, handling staff files and dealing with customers, clients by phone or email. I have experience in booking delivery by UPS, TNT, Hermes... as well as I have an online shop with physical items I need to send to my customers. Now I'm a part-time short-term rental host, I'm dealing with guests day by day and do everything around the rental property.
