AirBnb bedding change, key handover, clean a bit

Just need bedding change (minor ironing required), minor cleaning, and key hand over to incoming guests for two short term let rooms in a Shepherds Bush flat, for at least several bookings during the period 18th - 31st of July (and possibly another week not long after), takes about 30 mins per change. Payment: Per changeover/check in would be £10 + 10% of our collected booking fee, at a £15 minimum per changeover (so you may well make more for longer bookings). Postcode is W12 0NS so you would probably not want to be too far away. Update: bookings we have as of writing (Sun 15th eve) and fee you'd be paid - 18th, £21.99 20th, £16.52 21st, £29.18 23rd, £20.47 27th, £17.87 29th, £28.70 (this requires 2 changeovers as it's a longer stay so this just covers the initial one) probably 1 or 2 more to follow when they are booked. Only check ins need handling, not checkouts, as guests can just leave keys and let themselves out. Official check in times are 11am - 1pm although if guests arrive later then this would be up to you to arrange a mutually convenient time with the guest (guests do have to adapt if they can). Check out is 10am, so probably best way is to do changeover sometime after 10am but complete just before guest arrival. You would have guest contact details to coordinate in advance. Used bedding would need washing and hanging out to dry, can be done on quick cycle which is 15 mins, 2 loads per changeover, so 30 mins total (obviously do changeover whilst it's going) Also ideally I need someone to be a guest point of contact for minor issues (e.g. loo roll replacement etc), although this is unlikely to be needed I think.
