Assembly & help new bed & moving x2 large units

Need a skilled person to come and build my bed frame that is flat packed is a double and dunno exactly how to explain much more really I need ideally sat or can do on Monday Tuesday u will need some tools like a screw driver or drill maybe because mine arent upto such a job. I can assist with your instructions throughout or if u rather not and go make a cuppa tea or leave to to it in peace! After or before I really wanna move two very tall and solid shelf units I have from one adjacent room to the other in which is the bedroom from front room can do and have before moved them myself but is a killer alone so if possible if that could be done would be fab
