Fast growing small non profit organisation needs help with admin and basic accounts/bookkeeping. Part remote part in office when required. Fun company, working with content related to culture, hosting exhibitions, talks and the like. 8 hours per week initially but may vary.

Not used Xero but very familiar with many accounting systems e.g. Quickbooks, Sage, Great Plains, JD Edwards etc. See reviews by Meg, Sarah, Szymon etc for related task experience and feedback.
