Attend property viewing on my behalf. You will be required to take photos of the interior and exterior of the property, as well as a video tour of the property. You will have a checklist to complete and I will also need you to sketch out a rough floor plan which will need to have the room's measured dimensions. Some experience with property would be useful as you will be checking for signs of underlying problems such as damp, structural problems, etc.
