My work is having a Royal Wedding party on Friday before the big day but the person who is normally bake queen is away! No one else has the skills to make anything half way decent and we want to celebrate in style so need someone to make something suitably fabulous for afternoon tea. Please wow me with what you'd make in the comments! The more themed the better (Union Jack x American Flag icing? Ginger cake?), needs to serve 12 and be delivered to our office in Shoreditch by midday Friday 18th. Ingredients inclusive in price. Thanks!

That's very generous - I think 24 would be ample, but would it be possible to do half gluten free?
I can do gluten free however I've only tested GF red velvet once. They came out yummy but I'm just letting you know that my experience with GF is not as strong. The one time I made them they came out yummy and perfect though!

Hey there! I'm the "baking queen" at most places I've worked anf I'd love to do this for you! I'm thinking red velvet cupcakes with blue wrappers and white cream cheese icing. My red velvet recipe is super yum! I would also handmake some union jack and american flag toppings (out of fondant icing or modelling chocolate) as well as other royal themed toppings. The cakes would be tastefully decorated and driven to your location ^.^ How many cupcakes do you need?
