Bathroom Tile Repair

I am looking for a tradesman to come in and repair some tiles that our previous builder broke when he refurbished our bathroom. This would entail fixing up a section of a row of tiles on our shower wall, as well as sorting out the one floor tile in front of the door which has cracked. There's also a spot on the kitchen ceiling (under the bathroom) that needs touching up, might also be worth having a look to make sure that the spot isn’t actively growing. We also need to fit a fallen blind in another room.
