I have eaten a billon Easter eggs over the past few weeks and it is time to do some damage control leading up to the summer. I need a fitness fan to help me with a simple 4-week fitness programme - Ideally, I would like at least 3 sessions a week with a mixture of cardio and weights. If you're a qualified PT that would be great but if not feel free to convince me of your fitness skills in the comments!

Hi Sam, I would be willing to share the home circuits I partake in for a small fee to account for the time it would take for me to adjust the information into a short twelve session plan. It would take approximately 20 minutes to half an hour to complete each session and everything can be done with either no equipment, small weights, or a 2kg kettlebell. Hi Sam. I think we've all been where you are haha. After finishing my basketball scholarship in Florida, I became a qualified PT under NASM and have been in the industry for many years. I've worked as an intern Strength and Conditioning coach at Saint Leo University in Florida working with over 350 athletes a year across many sports, I've PT'd clients for weight loss and muscle gain, and trained myself for Men's Physique competitions. As I stated in the comment. I've been training specifically for the competition for the best part of 2 years. Over this time I've had the chance to experiment with different ways to incorporate training around work and other commitments, along with the dieting. Before that I played American Football in the US along with Rugby now I'm back here. So have never been too far away from sports and fitness. If you have any specific questions let me know. Cheers,

Hey! I know how hard it is to start and maintain a workout program! I myself have lost approximately 4 stone and gained muscle (can show you before and after pictures if you wish!) and actually managed to keep it off! I have access to loads of recipes/meal plans/exercise plans/hints and tips with exercises based around cardio/plyo and weight training you can easily do at home as well as happy to support you via Whatsapp with motivation and daily check ins and ideas for meals and basically just the support and 'fitness' buddy plan over the next month! If you want support and encouragement along with tried and tested experience in reaching goals I'm the one for the job! I can get you ripped faster than anyone else, diet + workout package. It will be more difficult mentally then physically - that's all I can share. I am 100% sure that I can get you somewhere in 4 x weeks. But remember, it's a lifetime commitment and there no 'real' shortcuts.
