We have a range of tasks to complete including painting stairs, stairwell and hallways, some bathroom repair, creation of extra access panel or door to boiler cupboard and some redecorating. I think it’s a few days work. Have included a starting amount which would have to be increased once the work is agreed and a start date for next week, but the starting date is flexible and can be changed. Can send through more details and photos, as needed. We also have a secure parking place that can be used.
