Carpet fitting to stairs and small area

I need someone to fit carpet to my staircase-approximately 12 steps. This would include removing old underlay(carpet already removed from staircase) fitting underlay and carpet to the staircase and also there is a small area by the front door measuring less than 3x3 metres, i need the old carpet removed from this small area and new carpet fitted
