Carpet for stairs and small area by front door

I need someone to fit carpet to my stairs. Its approximately 10 steps and there is also a small area by my front door, I need to remove the old carpet from this small area and fit new carpet. This area measures less that 3x3m. I already have carpet and underlay. Will need the old underlay removed from the stairs but the old carpet has already been removed.
