We have just bought and moved into a new flat. While the gas boiler was recently serviced (by the previous owner), we can't get the hot water working. The boiler is switched on and the central heating seems to be working fine! It's a pretty old heating/hot water system with a big vented cylinder. It has a British Gas Up2 boiler control panel, but we don't have the manual for that. We basically need a plumber or someone with a decent level of experience with gas fired boiler systems to diagnose what the problem might be!

Hi Chris, Thanks for getting in touch. Are you available to have a look at this tomorrow. I will be working from home, so will be available most of the day, but the evening is fine, too. Cheers, Ans
