Special focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. One bedroom is used, the other is spare so does not need much attention but I would like a deep clean. Please also quote for washing the exterior windows (x4 ground floor and lower ground floor) and clearing out the front of the flat that has gathered leaves/ rubbish.
