Because we can't clean the windows from the outside due to the way of how they open we need someone with professional window cleaning equipment. The windows are located on the second floor. There is also an additional shop extension in front of our building. This extension has about a depth of 2 meter. A ladder can be used to get on top of this extension if needed.

Hi Fabiana, I think 4m might not be enough unless you first use a ladder towards the first floor.
