I am a landlord currently living abroad. Our tenants have reported rats and the council have been to inspect the property and found droppings in the storage room in our cellar. Poison has been left. The room is approx. 8ft x 4ft and full of the landlords belongings. The job involves: - Remove belongings of varying sizes from the cellar storage room and sweep clean - Plastic storage boxes provided by the landlord. Boxed up belongings to remain in the main part of the cellar. - The room is full of rat droppings and the operatives will have to wear disposable protective equipment - All waste removed from site and disposed of in accordance with local authority requirements - Photographs will be taken of the items and the cleared out room and sent to landlord.
