Collect and drop off a gift for a friend

hi i have a gift to be delivered on dec 31 in the form of a small parcel (fresh cookies). it needs to be collected and dropped off during a small window of time in the day as there is no facility for leaving the parcel. the collection and drop off locations are not far from each other, but if there is some traffic it could take 20 mins. its only a small package so you could cycle. its just the wondow of time to deliver thats important.
