Whats the make and model.. there will be another removable part that prob needs cleaning.. my Bosch condenser has some fins that get clogged up with fluff.. have you got a warning light up or anything?

Have you made sure the water container isnt full and therefore needs emptying

Not as far as i know. I used to deliver, fit and remove appliances and they're the only 2 things I know f that need to be emptied/cleaned.
