They have tried to figure it out for days, however unable to, it says it is connected however when you go on safari it says unable to connect to the internet, everyone else laptop in there works, Macs etc. Need someone that knows how to connect to the network. They have username and password. Shouldn't take no longer then 30 minutes if you know what your doing. You have to have experience using MacBook Pro and connecting to different WIFI networks. It's very simple but I have no clue when it comes to Macs. You need to be available on Thursday early morning at Virgin Active Angel.

Hello, I had the exact same issue with my laptop and believe I may be able to help you from a distance. Is it just that particular wifi or everywhere that you try to connect it?

I would need you to come meet in person. Just that particular WiFi, phone connects fine and everyone else’s laptop just not mine.
