Just moved into 2 bedroom flat. I need the following decorated: Living room, 2 Bedrooms & Hallway - Including ceilings and skirtings. By decorating i need the walls prepped and lined mainly depending on prices then I will decide if I need someone to paint them aswell. I have paint already and some tools to help with the job but will be supplying the rest from recommendation from the decorator as not sure what is best to buy.
