Hi Lydia, I may be able to help, but I need some more info. 1. Is the PC a work computer, does your profile belong to a domain or workgroup? Or is the PC your family computer? 2. Is your user profile the admin account and if not, do you know the admin account credentials? 3. What Dell PC do you have and what operating system? 4. Do you have antivirus installed? Occasionally, Windows might not read your user profile correctly, such as if your antivirus software is scanning your computer while you try to log on. Try restarting your computer and logging on with your user account again to resolve the issue, it may work. Kind regards, Candice
