1. Disconnect gas oven and place in centre of dining room. 2. Disconnect sink and place in centre of dining room. 3. Disconnect hob and place in centre of dining room. 4. Disconnect 3 radiators and place in centre of dining room. 5. Move fridge, washing machine and microwave and place in centre of dining room. 6. Rip up carpet to front room and all upstairs steps and bedrooms and dispose. 7. Take-off skirting boards to all downstairs rooms and set aside for later re-use. 30m. 8. Dismantle/demolish kitchen units and dispose.
