"Felix was friendly but not reliable at all. I have to travel to get to the location and with this knowledge he didn’t have the materials ready the first time round after a week of knowing about the task and reassuring me it would be done. We had to reschedule and the second time when I was travelling to my location he told me on the day that he wasn’t able to complete the task after again reassuring and promising the task would get done. This was very frustrating as I spent money to book tickets twice and have nothing to show for it."
