Hi there, I’m Danny. Fully qualified electrician and able to help you out. Just wanted to ask a question, are you changing the ceiling lights or just wanting to know why they are not working etc...? What do you mean by repair?

Hi the dimmer lights & ceiling lights have already been fitted. They have not been fitted properly. One of the dimmer lights doesn’t work & the other one comes on but the light is not adjustable.
