Hi I have worked with several Zanussi Machines having one myself. An E10 error code usually relates to the filling side or blocked pipe work. Most of the time, it will be a blocked pressure switch hose which I have had previously on my model. This is a problem I can fix and have your washer dryer working like new. I am free today 28/12/2018 and will take me just over an hour to reach West Hendon and solve the problem.
