Hello Personal assistant needed for a 40th birthday party. Tasks will include: * Being the point of contact for the DJ, waiting staff and photographer (on the day) * Decorating the restaurant that has been hired out (small and local) * Ensuring decorations are intact during the evening * Time management of birthday cake * Update contact on birthday drink tab throughout the eve * Manage projector screen which will screen short videos at a certain time * Personally take music requests from guests and pass to DJ * General adhoc duties (advising restaurant staff if anything needs to be cleaned) * Hours 3pm-10pm (a lot of downtime) * Have a good time and celebrate with me :o)
