Few items need to be repaired for home maintenance

1) The bathroom sink , the unit is now quite dated and tiles were becoming loose and the bottom of the door has started to rot beneath the sink and does need to replaced. 2) The oven- the seal seems to have become loose and is not secure in place anymore. The tenants cannot use the oven until this is rectified as the oven does not hold any heat in. 3) The beading on the double glazing has become loose in this area and needs to be stuck in place. 4) The tiling on the window sill has become loose due to it being very near to the sink and getting wet the water has probably caused the tiles to start lifting.
