I have a small leak coming from somewhere in my bathroom into a storeroom and bedroom making the carpet wet. I expect this is because the shower seals need replacing. I need a plumber to confirm this is the case and replace the seals in the shower basin, walls and shower door. The door may require you to source new rubbers first. In addition the kitchen worktop also needs a new seal to to prevent water seeping behind the cupboards. Finally I need someone to fix the toilet seat which has become detached. The price quoted is to fix all the issues which I imagine will take between 2-3 hours. Rough sketch of flat layout attached.

Thanks - checking with the tenant now to see if Sunday works. The leak is most likely to be result of the shower seals having moulded away. If so, they will require a reseal which will include shower basin, shower walls and shower screen. There’s also the kitchen sink which requires a reseal. Finally, need a check to see if the toilet seat can be fixed. I imagine this will be at least a few hours work. I’ll amend the task description and quote now. Let me know if that all still sounds good.
