We would like someone to finish sanding our wooden pine floors. The surface is approx 30 square metres (322 Sq Ft) in a one bedroom flat. We used a floor sander and removed most of the varnish, however there is still work to do to remove varnish on the skirting boards and edges as well as in places where the floor sander did not work due to the floor being uneven.

You're welcome Stephanie I have sanded floors previously but with my manual sanders. I have a round shape and an arrow shape to get everywhere. I'm a titled carpenter. From what you have said that the floor is not uniform it is difficult to sand the floor with a large sander since there may be pieces in bad position so you can sand with a large sander of floors.

Thanks Antonio, that's really helpful, and I agree I think we've done the best we could with the floor sander machine. Are you comfortable therefore to do the job for £100? As I explained, that would include removing varnish in the edges along the walls and also where it's not been removed by the floor sander on the surface we sanded. Which as I said is 30 square metres approx. If you're happy then I'm happy to accept the offer and we can take it from there?
Yes on my part I would agree. The established price would cover 6 hours of work. I do not know exactly how much he can carry. I think it could end in that time, if it took us longer we can talk about that, but I think that period of time would be enough. Assign the task and we can exchange contacts. Regards.
