Exiting are removed. There won't be waste materials I hope, apart from leftovers. Skirting is pre glossed.

Are the walls after the old as been removed clean, flat and in good condition to fit pre glossed skirting board? Also if its pre glossed and you use chalk to hid gaps between the wall and skirting they will need re painting due to the slight colour difference between dried chalk and white gloss? No waste or materials to be disposed of then that’s great. Thanks
