1) kitchen lights- all blew same time. There are 4 that previous owner fitted on top of cabinets. The wires lead to 2 fuse boxes or transformer boxes (?) either fix or replace with similar 2) Landing lights (3 on a pendant) all work but I cannot get up a ladder to easily replace the middle and highest pendant bulbs. The fitting is fiddly and has to be ‘just so’ 3) Spare room. Bulbs blew, much as 1, I have replaced bulbs but still not working. Previous owner fitted and wired these in, onto what was the old loft hatch. Repair or replace with something suitable. I will pay for replacement parts

Would Saturday or Sunday be OK? As I'm fully booked. The problem is that it's really hard to put a quote on these things, as it could be something so small that is causing your lights to blow. I would like to have a look at the problems free of charge then once I have a understanding of what's wrong we can go from there. Kind regards, Ayyub.
