Fix ceiling light into place, reconnect pipe

The ceiling light in one of our rooms is hanging, this needs to be slid back into place and firmly held into position. The outside water pipe needs to be reconnected/pushed back into place as it's come off. I have attached images of both of the issues that need resolving. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS - NO ELECTRIC OR WATER WORK REQUIRED, JUST NEED TO PUSH IT BACK INTO PLACE AND SECURE.
